France has raised its threat alert to its highest level. The anti-terrorism prosecutor said on Tuesday that the suspect declared his allegiance to the so-called Islamic State group before the fatal stabbing.。      　　当天，记者在北岸收费站看到，收费道口标识清晰醒目，“济南籍9座(含)以下小客车免费通道”的标牌整齐布设，首批社会车辆在工作人员引导下有序驶入隧道。     　　至此，济南已有黄河济泺路隧道、黄河凤凰大桥、黄河大桥新桥、黄河齐鲁大桥、黄岗路黄河隧道等多条跨黄通道执行济南籍小客车免费政策。据了解，黄岗路黄河隧道南起蓝翔中路，北接国道G309互通立交，全长约5755米，采用单洞双层双向布置，设计时速60公里。
